Disability Employment and EEO
Legislation states that you should not be discriminated against if you
can perform the CORE functions of a job. Employers have an obligation
under the law to make adjustments to the work/workplace if they are
NOT part of the CORE FUNCTIONS of the role.
The UNSW Equity and Diversity unit has links to
EEO legislation and related services.
