Careers and Employment invites organisations to interview at UNSW at any time throughout the year for graduate, vacation or casual employment.

A variety of interview rooms are available. Interviewing on campus allows students to schedule their interviews most effectively with study schedules. Lunch, parking and use of our Online Interview Scheduler is included.

The Online Interview Scheduler is also available for off-campus interviews.

Online Interview Scheduler
This automated, secure system takes the hard work out of interview scheduling. Features provided:

• Extranet to confirm student identity, schedule and view interviews and list of students organisations have accepted for interview.
• Automated emails sent to selected students inviting them to book an interview and rejection emails to unsuccessful applicants (only invited students can book interviews). Facility to include any additional information you require.

Costs and Registration
Interview Rooms: $110 per room per day (GST included); includes use of the Online Interview Scheduler.
Online Interview Scheduler for off-campus interviews: $110 (GST included) flat fee.

Academic Transcripts
Official transcripts cost students $25 for two copies. However, students are able to download a copy of their Academic Statement from the UNSW website at no cost. While this is an unofficial statement of their academic record, it may meet your initial needs. We suggest employers sight original or certified copies of transcripts at later stages of the recruitment process.
