Employer Information Sessions
Organisations are invited to hold Information Sessions on campus during the academic year to promote graduate and vacation employment opportunities.
Students can meet the representatives behind the employer brand and have their questions answered.
A variety of venues ranging from small seminar rooms to lecture theatres and conference facilities are available to ensure your
needs are most effectively met. A range of audio-visual equipment and catering options are also available.
Information sessions can be held either during the day
or in the evening, although only one can be scheduled
in each time-slot to maximise exposure to students. Preferential dates are offered to major sponsors of UNSW. Our current Information Sessions schedule is available online. Click here to view the complete listing of

Venue Options and Costs
- Central Lecture Block; available in the common lunch hour (1-2pm). Capacity: from 80 to 200. Cost: $660 (GST included).
- The Scientia (The Galleries or Leighton Hall); available for lunch-time or evening presentations. Capacity: from 150 to 520. Booking Form.

Advertising Option for Off-Campus Information Sessions
Includes listing in online Information Sessions schedule including
recruiting Faculties and 50-word promotion. Schedule is promoted via fortnightly e-Newslist to students and graduates.
