Services for Secondary Schools
The Career Management Service offers a flexible range of workshops
that can be tailored to meet the needs of your students. We have
experience in conducting workshops for Years 10 through to Year 12.
The workshops focus on developing options for further study and work and
are aimed at widening the scope of possibilities considered.
Workshops are activity based and hands-on. Students are encouraged to
be active participants in their own learning.
The programs are designed to be flexible in length, topics covered, workshop
style, depending on your budget and the needs of your students.
Whilst the service is offered by Career professionals employed by the
University of New South Wales, the service does not actively promote any
one university or education sector provider.
Vocational Assessment Workshop
The Career Management Service offers workshops to help your students
reflect on their skills, interests and abilities and to assist
them in thinking about possible career and course options.
The Vocational Assessment workshop combines career assessment
tools, activities and exercises to clarify the implications of
career decision making. It links interests and skills to course
types and looks at career goals and defines possible paths to
achieve career goals.

Careers and Employment have put together some possible
